药物治疗慢性盆腔炎临床分析

目的:探讨了抗生素联合中药盆腔消炎汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:82例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为研究组82例40例和对照组42例。两组患者均采用抗生素治疗,研究组患者在此基础上加用中药盆腔消炎汤口服治疗。结果:研究组患者治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合抗生素用药,一方面可有效改善盆腔内血液循环、代谢及内环境,促进炎症的消除和活血化瘀,另一方面也有利于松解粘连,增强盆腔组织对各类药物成份的吸收,从而大大提高临床治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the antibiotic combined with traditional Chinese medicine pelvic anti-inflammatory soup clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods： 82 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into 42 cases of 40 cases and a control group of 82 cases of the study group.All patients were treated with antibiotics,patients of the study group on this basis plus oral treatment with Chinese medicine pelvic anti-inflammatory soup.Results： The study group patients cure rate and total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the data were statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Chinese medicine and antibiotic medication,on the one hand,can effectively improve the pelvic blood circulation,metabolism,and within the environment,and promote the elimination of inflammation and blood circulation,on the other hand also conducive to the release adhesions,enhance pelvic tissue of various pharmaceutical ingredientsabsorption,thus greatly improving clinical outcomes.
