腰椎单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

The Curative Effect of Lumbar Unilateral Pedicle Screw Internal Fixation in Treatment of Very Lateral Type of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的:对腰椎单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效进行评价。方法:选取我院2010年1月至2013年1月的40例患者,随机分成观察组与对照组各20例,观察组患者采用腰椎单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定方法进行治疗,对照组患者则采取常规治疗方法,根据相应的功能障碍指数进行评分,观察两组患者腰椎功能的恢复情况。结果:进行为期12至36个月的随访,术后两组患者伤口愈合都比较好;观察组患者病情改善情况明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用腰椎单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定对极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症进行治疗,更有利患者病情的恢复,且并发症少。

Objective：To evaluate the unilateral lumbar pedicle screw internal fixation treatment very lateral type the curative effect of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods：40 patients were selected and divided into two groups at random：the observation group the unilateral lumbar pedicle screw internal fixation treatment group, take regular treatment, observation two groups of lumbar function recovery.Results：For 12 to 36 months of follow-up, the two groups were wound healing are good;The observation group improvement situation is obviously superior to the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The unilateral lumbar spinal pedicle screw internal fixation for extremely lateral type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treatment, more advantageous patient recovery, and less complications.
