凝血纤溶功能在老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者中的改变的探究

Study on The Function Change of Coagulation and Fibrinolytic in Elderly Primary Hypertensive Patients with Diabetes

目的:探究凝血纤溶功能在老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者中的改变。方法:选取我院于2008年1月-2010年8月收治的65例合并糖尿病原发性高血压老年患者作为观察组,并选取同期健康体检老年患者60例作为对照组,对比两组老年人群凝血剂纤溶功能,探讨高血压合并糖尿病患者凝血纤溶功能改变情况。结果:观察组Fbg、vWF、F1+2、PAI-1、HbA1c及TG均明显高于对照组,tPA含量低于后者,两组TC对比无明显统计学差异。结论:血浆Fbg、vWF、F1+2、PAI-1、HbA1c、TG含量上升及t-PA含量下降均显示出患者凝血系统加强,纤溶功能下降,增加血管栓塞的风险,应对高危患者行密切监测,并对出现的异常体征给予纠正,降低并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore the function of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis in elderly essential hypertension patients complicated with diabetes mellitus in change.Methods：In our hospital in 2008 January-2010 year in August 65 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with essential hypertension in elderly patients as the observation group, and chosen at health examination in elderly patients 60 cases as control group, compared the two groups of elderly coagulant fibrinolytic function in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension, coagulation and fibrinolysis function.Results：In the observation group, Fbg,vWF,F1＋2,PAI-1,HbA1c and TG were significantly higher than those in the control group, the t-PA content is lower than the latter, two groups had no significant difference compared with TC.Conclusion：The plasma Fbg,vWF,F1＋2,PAI-1,HbA1c,TG were increased and t-PA content decreased showed enhanced fibrinolysis coagulation system in patients, functional decline, increased vascular embolism risk, respond to high-risk patients closely monitored, and the abnormal signs give correct, lower complication rate.
