伴颈椎后纵韧带骨化的颈椎间盘突出症手术治疗分析

Analysis on Surgical Treatment of Cervical Posterior Longitudinal Ligament Ossification with Cervical Disc Herniation

目的:探讨伴颈椎后纵韧带骨化的颈椎间盘突出症的手术治疗。方法:选取2011年1月至2012年1月期间在我院接受治疗的伴颈椎后纵韧带骨化的颈椎间盘突出症患者48例,分为实验组(24例)和对照组(24例),实验组成员行颈椎前路椎体次全切除+后纵韧带切除,对照组成员行颈椎后路单开门手术,且两组都加上颈椎间盘摘除,对比两组患者的手术效果。结果:实验组术后改善水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用颈椎前路椎体次全切除+后纵韧带切除手术治疗伴颈椎后纵韧带骨化的颈椎间盘突出症患者疗效显著,此种方式在临床中值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the operation treatment of cervical ossification of the protrusion of the intervertebral disc with cervical spondylosis.Methods：The 48 cases were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group members do anterior cervical vertebral body subtotal resection was＋after resection, and the control group of longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine members do posterior single open surgery, compared two group operation effect.Results：The postoperative improvement level higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, and the postoperative follow-up was not longer close phenomenon.Conclusion：The anterior cervical vertebral body subtotal resection was longitudinal ligament surgery＋after treatment the curative effect of patients significantly.
