经直肠超声(TRUS)在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)的应用价值研究

The Study of Transrectal Ultrasonography Using in Transurenthral Resection of Bladder Tumor

目的:探讨经直肠超声(TRUS)在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)的应用价值。方法:采用指肠超声对于拟行尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的57例尿道膀胱肿瘤患者进行检查,观查肿瘤侵润情况,同时与术后病理结果进行比较。结果:本研究的57例患者中,有35例患者经直肠超声显示肿瘤侵润程度超出粘膜层,其中有6例患者肿瘤深度达到浆膜层;经直肠超声能够较为准确的判断肿瘤对于膀胱壁的损害及是否出现肌层侵润,与病理诊断价格比较,其诊断符合率为87.7%(50/57)。结论:经直肠超声对于膀胱肿瘤具有很好的诊断价值,能够对膀胱肿瘤是否出现肌层侵润进行准确的判断,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the applied value of transrectal ultrasound （TRUS） in transurenthral resection of bladder tumor（TURBT）.Methods：Refers to the intestinal ultrasonic for quasi line urinary bladder tumor electrotomy 57 cases of urinary bladder cancer patients for inspection, observing the tumor invasion embellish situation, at the same time and the results were compared with postoperative pathological.Results：The study of 57 patients, there are 35 patients transrectal ultrasound shows that the tumor invasion embellish degree beyond mucous membrane layer, there are 6 patients with tumor size depth to layer, Transrectal ultrasound can more accurate judgment for bladder cancer wall damage and the presence of a muscle layer cut embellish, and pathological diagnosis price comparison, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 87.7%（50/57）.Conclusion：Transrectal ultrasound for bladder cancer has the very good diagnostic value, to the presence of a muscle layer bladder tumor invasion embellish the accurate judgment, can be in clinical application.
