开腹手术联合术中胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的应用分析

To Analyze the Application of Choledochoscope in the Treatment of Choledocholithiasis Combined with Intraoperative Abdominal Operation

目的：探究与分析开腹手术联合术中胆道镜治疗胆总管结石临床效果,为治疗工作提供科学依据。方法：选取我院自2008年12月～2012年2月收治的胆总管结石患者80例,随机分成两组,每组40例患者,A组采用开腹手术联合胆道镜探查取石手术进行治疗,即为试验组；B组采用开腹取石进行治疗,即为对照组。分别观察两组患者经手术治疗后的临床效果。结果：采用开腹手术联合术中胆道镜进行手术相比用开腹手术进行治疗的患者出血更少,且并发周围性粘连、切口感染的人数少。结论：采用联合术中胆道镜进行手术可提高治愈速度,减轻患者痛苦,值得在临床上推广。

Objective：To explore and analyze clinical effects of open operation combined with intraoperative choledochoscope treating choledocholithiasis, providing scientific basis for treatment.Methods：From December 2008 to February 2012,80 cases of patients with choledocholithiasisin our hospital were chosen and were randomly divided into two groups, and each had 40 patients. The experiment group （A group） was treated with the open operation combined with intraoperative choledochoscope and the control group （A group） was treated with the open operation for stone removal. The clinical effects after operation of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results：Patients with open operation combined with intraoperative choledochoscope had less bleeding、fewer concurrent peripheraladhesions and infections of incision, compared with the patients with open operation Conclusion：It can improve the cure rate and reduce the suffering of patients with the open operation combined with intraoperative choledochoscope, which is worthy of clinical promotions.
