绝经后阴道出血妇科超声诊断分析

Ultrasound Diagnosis and Analysis in Gynecology's Postmenopausal Vaginal Bleeding

目的:探讨绝经后阴道出血妇科超声诊断效果。方法:选取我院在2011年9月到2012年10月所接收的128例绝经后阴道出血患者,对其超声以及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经过分析,超声图像检测出恶性肿瘤患者8例,百分比为6.25%;子宫肿瘤6例,百分比为4.69%;子宫内膜息肉及增生28例,百分比为21.88%;炎症、正常或者是萎缩期内膜为84例,百分比为65.63%;另类性积液2例,百分比为1.55%。以上结果均经过诊刮或者手术病理检验得到证实。以上结果例数差异性比较不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。讨论:B超是进行诊断性刮宫前的重要筛选手段以及有效的复诊措施,并且可以对刮诊进行有效的指导,减少漏诊的出现。

Objective：To investigate the postmenopausal vaginal bleeding gynecological ultrasound diagnosis effect.Methods：In our hospital in September 2011 to October 2012 received 128 cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, the ultrasound and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：After analysis, ultrasonic image detected in 8 patients with malignant tumors, the percentage was 6.25%;in 6 cases of uterine neoplasms, accounted for 4.69%;endometrial polyps and hyperplasia in 28 cases, accounted for 21.88%;inflammation, normal or atrophic endometrium in 84 cases, accounted for 65.63%;offbeat of effusion in 2 cases, percentage of 1.55%.All results above after curettage or operation pathological examination confirmed.The above results were differences do not have statistical significance （P〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Of B-mode ultrasonography is the diagnostic curettage before the important means and effective measures of screening examinations, and can scrape diagnosis are effective guidance, to decrease missed diagnosis appears.
