摘要
目的:探讨微创技术对口腔颌面处血管畸形的临床治疗研究。方法:依血管畸形实际状况,采取"CDU为引导行PYM注射的微创治疗、DSA为介导行SAE微创治疗、SAE+PYM联合微创治疗"等手段综合治疗口腔颌面血管畸形。结果:术后追访1年,综合治疗总有效率76.19%,其中CDU为引导行PYM注射的微创治疗组为71.43%,DSA为介导行SAE微创治疗组为71.43%,介入SAE+PYM联合微创治疗组为85.71%。结论:CDU引导、SAE治疗口腔颌面血管畸形安全有效,简化治疗程序,降低组织创伤。

Results: Interrupted after 1 year, Comprehensive treatment of the total efficiency 76.19%, Including color Doppler ultrasound to guide the line bleomycin injection minimally invasive treatment group was 71.43%, Digital subtraction angiography is mediated by a selective arterial embolization minimally invasive treatment group was 71.43%, Intervention super-selective intra-arterial embolization combined pingyangmycin minimally invasive treatment group was 85.71%.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound guidance, super-selective arterial embolization is safe and effective oral and maxillofacial vascular malformations, Simplify treatment procedures, Reduce tissue trauma.
