稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮治疗房颤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Wenxin Granule Combined with Propafenone in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮对于房颤的治疗效果。方法:选取我院近年住院治疗的房颤患者80例,随机均分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用普罗帕酮口服治疗,实验组采用稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮治疗,比较两组患者疗效、副作用和复发率的差异。结果:与对照组相比较,实验组房颤转复率显著上升,房颤复发率显著下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:稳心颗粒联合普罗帕酮对于房颤的治疗效果好,无明显毒副作用,建议推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Wenxin granule combined propafenone for atrial fibrillation.Methods：80 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group by propafenone oral treatment, while the study group with Wenxin granule combined with propafenone treatment, compared two groups of curative effect, side effect and the recurrence rate. Results：Compared with control group, the rate of converting atrial fibrillation, atrial fibrillation recurrence rates rise significantly dropped significantly （P〈0.05）, two groups of all did not appear obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion：Wenxin granule combined with propafenone for the treatment of atrial fibrillation effect is good, no obvious side effects, and is worth popularizing.
