老年精神分裂症糖脂代谢及肝功能观察

Observation of Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Liver Function in Senile Schizophrenia

目的:探讨老年精神分裂症糖脂代谢及肝功能情况。方法:分析精神科收治的精神分裂症患者60例临床资料,分别在患者入院前、治疗4周后、治疗8周后观察糖脂代谢及肝功能情况。结果:治疗4周后、治疗8周后精神分裂症患者血糖和血脂有升高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,肝功能影响不明显,P>0.05。结论:老年精神分裂症患者应加强对老年精神分裂症糖脂代谢及肝功能观察,为指导临床用药和预防并发症提供可靠地理论依据。

Objective：To investigate the elderly menta function glucose and lipid metabolism in senile schizophrenia. Methods：To analyze 60 cases schizophrenia patients clinical data,detecting glucose and lipid metabolism and liver function in patients before admission, 4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks after treatment.Results：The blood glucose and blood lipid of 4 weeks after treatment, 8 weeks after treatment were rised,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance,Liver function was not obviously influence.Conclusion：To enhance detection of Glucose、lipid metabolism and liver function of elderly patients with schizophrenia,which was to be provided reliable theoretical basis for guiding the clinical treatment and prevening of complications.
