摘要
目的:探讨对儿科门诊输液室患儿实施优质服务的措施及应用效果。方法:随机分别抽取我院在实施优质护理服务前、后的200例儿科门诊输液室患儿临床资料作为对照组和观察组。比较两组患儿及家属的满意程度。结果:观察组患者及家属满意度达90%,对照组满意度则为62.5%。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科门诊输液室患儿实施优质服务能够极大的改善服务质量,取得患儿、家属满意,提升医院的整体服务质量。
Objective:To explore the measures and application effect of quality services to the outpatient department of pediatrics transfusion room in children.Methods:Randomly selected from our hospital in the implementation of high quality nursing service before, after 200 cases of transfusion room outpatient department of pediatrics clinical data as observation group and control group.Comparison of two groups of children and parents satisfaction degree.Results: The patients in the observation group and the control group of 90% family satisfaction, satisfaction is 62.5%.The difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05).Conclusion:Children with outpatient department of pediatrics transfusion room implementation of quality services to improve service quality, have children, family satisfaction, improve the hospital's overall service quality.
