Wnt信号通路与女性生殖

摘要 Wnt信号通路因其启动蛋白为Wnt蛋白而得名。Wnt信号通路是细胞发育和调节生长的一个关键途径,通过Wnt基因编码的Wnt蛋白与膜上相应受体结合引起细胞浆内13-catenin转入细胞核,激活相关基因转录。在正常情况下对胚胎的生长发育起着重要作用。当该途径异常时,会导致多种疾病的发生。最近研究又表明Wnt信号通路与女性生殖密切相关。本文对经典的Wnt信号通路、Wnt信号通路与女性生殖系统的早期发育、Wnt信号通路与妊娠期相关疾病以及Wnt信号通路对正常妊娠建立的影响等方面的最新研究进展进行综述。
