温州融资性担保公司发展的困境及突破

Dilemma and its Breakthrough of the Development of Wenzhou Financing Guarantee Company

受金融危机和实体经济发展滞缓的影响,温州融资性担保公司受到较大冲击,部分公司甚至出现歇业或半歇业的状况。温州融资性担保公司存在整体规模小、担保实力弱,反担保能力差,缺乏有效的风险补偿机制等问题。为此,政府应开展有效的监督和指导;融资性担保公司应完善风险管控体系;行业协会应加强行业自律管理。

Affected by the financial crisis and the lag of real economy, Wenzhou financing guarantee compa- nies have been greatly hit and some companies are out of business or semi-state out of business. They have the problems of being small in scale, weak in guarantee capacity and counter guarantee capacity and lack of the efficient risk compensation mechanism. Thus, government should supervise and give guidance, the financing guarantee companies should improve the risk control system and the industry association should strengthen the self- management.
