校企文化融合,对工学结合的深入开展和高技能人才培养起着重要促进作用。高职校企文化在职业性、行业性、基层性等特征上具有一致性与互补性,这是二者融合的现实基础。高职院校引入企业文化因子,打造特色校园文化;输出校园文化精髓,实现校企文化的优势互补,从而使校企文化在融合中提炼升华,最终实现高职教育目标,培养出符合社会需要的高技能人才。

The integration of vocational campus culture and corporate culture plays an important role in improving the combination of work and study and the cultivation of skilled personnel. Vocational campus culture and corporate culture have the character of being consistent and complementary as far as the profession, industry and grassroots are concerned, which is the basis of their integration. With the introduction of corporate culture, voca- tional colleges develop their own characteristic culture, introduce the essence and accomplish the integration of the two cultures, which upgrades the vocational campus culture and corporate culture, achieves the goal of higher vocational education and cultivates the skilled personnel needed by the society.
