酒成为中国传统文化的一种标识。中国素有"礼仪之邦"的美誉,酒被纳入礼的范畴制定形成酒礼。《三礼》中详细记载了周代的饮酒礼仪:《周礼》明职官,《仪礼》定礼节,《礼记》重人伦,这对了解周代乃至先秦的酒文化有着重要的意义。
