批发商业作为连接生产和消费的中间环节 ,在社会再生产过程中发挥了重要作用 ,然而 ,批发商业也是我国新旧经济体制转换过程中受到冲击最重的行业。从近年来的改革实践看 ,传统的商业批发已与市场经济要求严重相悖 ,迫切需要建立新型的批发经营业态 ,以适应当前流通业的发展。本文在分析批发商业所面临的环境机遇和威胁的基础上 。

As the middle chain connecting production and consumption, wholesale business plays a significant role in the course of social re-production, it is also struck the most heavily when old economic system is transformed to a new one, however. Being viewed from the reform practices in recent years, the traditional wholesale business has been severely inconsistent to the demand of market economy, and it is necessary to establish new patterns of wholesale business to meet the development of current distribution business. This thesis puts forward, on the basis of analysis on environmental opportunities and environmental menaces facing wholesale business, the essential ways to changing of wholesale business in our country in future.
