Marginalism and Marxism:the Relationship in the Concept of Value

劳动价值论和效用价值论 ,一直被认为是两种不同的经济学体系。一般认为 ,价值的起源是分辨两大理论的依据 ,而笔者认为 ,价值是二者的核心 ,对价值起源的探索 ,遵循着同样的逻辑过程。对马克思主义经济学而言 ,劳动是抽象的劳动 ,是一定社会条件下的抽象 ;而对边际学派而言 ,效用也是一种抽象 ,是资源稀缺性条件下的表现。二者均是对社会关系的分析。

The labour theory of value and the utility theory of value have been considered as the two distinct economic systems.And these two have been distinguished by the origin of value.This paper argues that value is the kernel of Marginalism and Marxism in fact.With the same concern,they started to exploit the origin of value.To Marxism,labour is an abstract concept subject to some social environment.To Marginalism,utility is also an abstract concept under the assumption of resources scarcity.These two theories provide the analysis of social relationship.
