复方阿胶浆用于女性月经周期的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of compound e-jiao slurry(CEJS) for menstrual periods

目的探讨复方阿胶浆(FEJ)应用于女性月经周期的有效性。方法采取问卷调查方式,调研国内7所院校的女学生及适龄女教师共4353人;每人每天服用复方阿胶浆2次,每次1支,于经期前、后各服用6 d,作为一个周期;分别服用2个和3个周期,于服用前、每个周期结束后对服用效果进行调查;将所得数据进行统计、分析和比较。结果服用2周期效果最佳,总有效率达90.1%;其中对于经期主要不适症状包括"腰膝酸软"、"小腹坠痛"、"疲倦乏力"的改善率分别达60.7%、66.3%、78.6%。复方阿胶浆总体安全性良好,不良反应以口干、咽燥等多见,但随服用时间延长,耐受性逐渐提高。结论复方阿胶浆对女性经期有很好效果,值得推广和应用,建议服用2个月为一个周期。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of female menstrual applied FEJ. Methods A questionnaire survey research institutions, domestic seven female students and female teachers for 4 353 school-age people; taken FEJ per day, twice d, in the period before and after taken six days, as a cycle; taken two and three cycles, taken before the end of each cycle taken effect after the investigation; the resulting data for statistical analysis and comparisons. Results The best results take two cycles, the total efficiency of 90.1%; wherein for menstrual symptoms mainly include ＂weak knees＂, ＂abdominal pain, fall＂, ＂fatigue＂ improvement rates were 60.7%, 66.3%, 78.6%. FEJ had good overall safety, adverse reactions included mouth, throat and other common, but taken the time with extended tolerance gradually in- creased. Conclusion FEJ have a good effect on the female menstrual worthy of promotion and application, recommended to take two months for a cycle.
