新生儿胃肠功能障碍发病危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factor for invasion with newborn stomach intestine

目的调查影响新生儿胃肠功能障碍发病的危险因素,为新生胃肠功能障碍的防治提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法对本院分娩的2172例新生儿的临床资料进行分析,总结新生儿胃肠功能障碍的发病率,单因素Logistic回归分析影响新生儿胃肠功能障碍的相关因素,采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响新生儿胃肠功能障碍发病的独立危险因素。结果 2172例新生儿发生胃肠功能障碍86例,发病率为3.96%。新生儿体重、足月与否、新生儿肺炎、新生儿窒息、新生儿呼吸窘迫、新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病、新生儿颅内出血、新生儿颅内感染、新生儿溶血、新生儿败血症及寒冷损伤综合征是新生儿胃肠功能障碍的相关因素。新生儿呼吸窘迫、新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病、新生儿颅内出血、新生儿颅内感染、新生儿败血症、新生儿溶血是新生儿胃肠功能障碍的独立危险因素。结论胃肠功能障碍是新生儿危重病症,新生儿的发病与基础疾病及发育状态密切相关,要注意对危险因素进行干预,改善患儿的预后。

Objective To investigate the risk factor of newborn stomach intestine and provide refrence for prevention and cure of newborn stomach intestine. Methods The 2 127 cases clinical bata of newborn with stomach intestine were analyzed with retrospective way, incidence rate of newborn stomach intestine were sum up, correlation factor of newborn stomach intestine were analyzed with single factor Logistic regression analysis, risk factor of newborn stomach intestine were analyzed with multiplicity factor Logistic regression analysis. Results 86 cases of 2172 newborn were dignosed with stomach intestine, incidence rate of newborn stomach intestine was 3.96%, newborn body weight, whether or not full term, pneumonia of newborn, neonatal asphyxia, transient respiratory distress of the newborn, neonatal hypo^ic ischemic encephalopathy, newborn intracranial hemorrhage,newborn intracranial infeion, hemolytic disease of newborn, septicemia of newborn and cold injury syndrome were correlation factor of newborn stomach intestine,transient respiratory distress of the newborn, neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, newborn intracranial hemorrhage, newborn intracranial infeion, hemolytic disease of newborn, septicemia of newborn were risk factor of newborn stomach intestine. Conclusion Newborn stomach intestifie is clinical severe case, incidence of newborn stomach intestine was corrective with basal disease and growth condition, and attention need be pay to risk factor and take intervention ways ,and improve prognosis.
