摘要
目的探讨健康教育在股骨头置换术后的应用价值。方法将股骨头置换术后患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组采用常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用健康教育。结果对照组和观察组宣教后焦虑评分为(5.4±1.3)分、(3.3±0.9)分;抑郁评分为(5.6±1.7)分、(3.4±0.7)分:90L评分为(67.7±5.9)分、(78.6+6.1)分,差异均有显著性(P〈0.01);观察组治疗积极性良好22例,一般8例,较差2例:相关知识掌握度良好15例,一般12例,较差5例,差异均有统计学意义(x^2=7.68~12.16,P〈0.01);观察组心理健康知识掌握程度(93.6±613)分;护理满意度(87.2±6.7)分,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=5.17~8.25,P〈0.01)。结论股骨颈骨折人工股骨头置换术后进行健康教育综合干预治疗极为重要。
Objective To investigate the application value of health education after artificial joint replacement. Methods Sixty-four patients after artificial joint replacement were divided into observation and control groups, each group had 32 cases, the experimental group accepted health education based on the control group, while the control group accepted traditional nursing. Results Anxiety score after the announcement in the observation group was (3.3±0.9) ; the score of hamdihama scale after the announcement in the observation group was (3.4±0.7) ;the score of quality of life after the announcement in the observation group was (78.6±6.1), there was significantly difference between the two groups; In terms of activity of treatment, the result in observation group was good in 15, fair in 12 and poor in 5 pa- tient disease-related knowledge; knowledge grasp degree of the psychological health in the observation group was (93.6±6.3); nursing satisfaction in the observation group was (87.2±6.7), there was significantly differences between them (t=5.17-8.25 ,P〈0.01 ). Conclusion It is very important of health education after femoral neck fracture with arti- ficial joint replacement.
