摘要 目的探讨临床基本能力评价表在心血管内科新护士规范化培训中的应用及效果,以提高心内科护理人员的技能。方法选取温州医学院附属二院心内科的学历为本科和专科的、资质3年以内的护理人员为研究对象,用德尔菲法设计的"临床基本能力评价表"进行新护士规范化培训。观察培训前后护理人员操作能力、理论知识掌握程度、基本技能操作合格情况以及护理人员留用率和离职率情况。结果经过规范化的护理培训后,新护士的基础理论知识的掌握、操作能力都有较大程度的提高;经考核后发现,基本技能考试合格率由上一年的78.9%上升到97.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且护士获奖率没有,科室留用率均比上年有所提升,与去年相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时本研究还发现,通过规范化培训,新护士离职率大幅度下降,与同期相比,下降0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用临床基本能力评价表进行规范化培训,提高了新护士的临床基本护理能力和专业胜任度,为其专业发展奠定了基础。 Objective To study the application and effect of basic clinical competency assessment table in cardiovascular medicine nurse for cardiovascular nurse specialists and in order to improve the skills of nurses in cardiology. Methods Select the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College of Cardiology for the undergraduate and specialist qualifications, the qualifications of nurses within three years as the research object, using the Delphi method designed "basic clinical competency assessment form" standardized training for new nurses. Observed before and after training nurses operational capacity, theoretical knowledge mastery of basic skills to operate qualified, as well as nursing staff retention rate and turnover rate situation. Results After a standardized nursing training, the new nurses to master basic theoretical knowledge, operational capacity had a greater degree of improvement; after evalua- tion, it was found that the basic skills examination pass rate of 78.9% in the previous year rose to 97.5%, the differ- ence was statistically significant (P〈0.05). And the winning rate of nurses, department improved retention rate than last year, compared with last year, the difference was significant (P〈0.05);At the same time, the study also found that by norms that training, new nurse turnover rate dropped substantially, compared with the same period, a decrease of 0%, a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using clinical evaluation form for standardized basic skills training to improve the new primary care clinical nurse capacity and degree of professional competence, laid the foundation for their professional development.
