摘要
分析2010年8月至2011年12月100例使用SLIPA喉罩全麻手术患者围术期护理方法,总结围术期使用SLIPA喉罩的护理经验。所有患者麻醉、手术顺利,置入喉罩后达到满意通气。喉罩插管全麻手术中,护理上的主动配合和管理是确保麻醉手术安全及减少并发症的有力保障。
Analysis in August 2010 to December 2011 100 cases using SLIPA laryngeal mask anesthesia surgery patients periop- emfive nursing methods, summarized perioperative nursing experience of using SLIPA laryngeal mask. All patients with anesthe- sia and surgery smoothly, in achieve satisfactory ventilation after laryngeal mask. Laryngeal ma^sk anesthesia intubation in the operation and nursing on the active coordination and management is to ensure safety and reduce the complications of anesthesia surgery.
