穴位按摩配合耳穴压籽对慢性心力衰竭患者失眠的疗效观察

The treatment effect of acupoint massage combined with auricular acupoint seed pressing on insomnia of chronic heart failure patient

目的:探讨穴位按摩配合耳穴压籽改善慢性心力衰竭患者失眠的临床疗效。方法:将73例慢性心力衰竭失眠患者随机分为治疗组(37例)和对照组(36例)。治疗组37例采用中医穴位按摩配合耳穴压籽,对照组36例单纯药物治疗。2组均以2周为1疗程,持续4周2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组89.2%,对照组61.1%。2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩配合耳穴压籽能有效改善睡眠状况。

[ Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupressure plus ear point seed pressing to ameliorate insomnia caused by chronic heart failure （CHF）. [Method] 73 cases of insomniac due to CHF, were randomly divided into the treatment group （37cases） and control group （36 cases）. The treatment group was received acupressure and ear point seed pressing, while, control group was only received drug therapy. The clinical efficacy was observed after 4 weeks. [ Result ] The total ef- fective rate in treatment group is 89.2%, while, in control group it is 61.1%. The difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. [ Condusion] Acupressure combined with ear point seed pressing is more effective to improve insomnia.
