摘要
总结本院收治150例浙江地区毒蛇咬伤患者症状、临床化验结果。对蛇咬伤患者进行回顾性分析:包括毒蛇的种类,被咬的时间,发病部位,临床表现,治疗及护理,总结了蛇咬伤患者局部及全身治疗的方法、各种药物的具体使用、注意事项、并采用中药蛇伤散,详细记录抗蛇毒血清药物过敏试验观察及处理。
The article summarized the symptoms and clinical test results of 150 cases of snakebite palients in Zhejiang. We made retrospective analysis, including the generation of vipers, bitten, anatomical site, clinical manifestations, trealment and care. The local and systemic treatment, drugs, precautions, and the Using of Chinese medicine Snakebite San were summed up. Anti - venom serum drug allergy tests was observed and recorded.
