摘要 目的:了解丽水地区儿童呼吸道病毒感染状况及特点。方法:采用直接免疫荧光法检测呼吸道诱导痰中脱落纤毛柱状上皮细胞中的流感病毒A型及B型(IFV A及IFV B)、副流感病毒1、2、3型(PIV1、2、3)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)。结果:对1838例呼吸道感染患者进行的多病原联合检测中,病毒阳性者601例,检出率32.7%(601/1838)。其中呼吸道合胞病毒528例、腺病毒23例、流感病毒A型28例、流感病毒B型9例、副流感病毒1型2例、副流感病毒2型1例、副流感病毒3型7例,混合感染3例。结论:各病毒感染呈现出以1~3周岁组的儿童为高发人群的流行特点。了解丽水地区儿童呼吸道病毒感染状况及特点,对于减少不必要抗生素的使用,及时采用适当的隔离措施都有重要意义。 [Objective]To understand the situation and characteristics of children respirovirus infection in Lishui. [Method] Di- rect immunofluorescence (DIF) was used to detect Influenza Virus A and B (IFV? A and IFV? B ), Parainfluenza Virus 1,2, 3 (PIV1,2,3), Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Adenovirus(ADV) in exfoliated ciliated columnar epithelial cell in induced spuann of Respiratory Tract. [ Result ] Among 1838 Respiratory Tract Infections cases accepted joint detection of multiple pathogens, there were 601 virus-positive cases and the detection rate was 32.7% (601/1838). There were 528 Respiratory Syncyfial Virus (RSV) cases, 23 Adenovirus (ADV) cases, 28 Influenza Virus A cases, 9 Influenza Virus B cases, 2 Parain- fluenza Virus I cases, 1 Parainfluenza Virus 2case, 7 Parainfluenza Virus 3 cases and 3 mixed infection cases. [ Conclusion] Virus intection indicates the popular characteristics of children aged 1 - 3 for high- risk population. Understanding the situation and characteristic of children respirovirus infection in Lishui, reducing unnecessary use of antibiotics and adopting appropriate isolation measures timely all had important significance.
