摘要 目的:研究尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪与尿培养结果之间的关系,探讨尿常规检查对诊断尿路感染(UTI)的意义。方法:取无菌中段尿作尿培养、尿沉渣、尿干化学分析,分析培养结果与白细胞定量(WBC)、细菌(BAC)、白细胞酯酶(LE)及亚硝酸盐(NIT)间关系。结果:有效统计标本237例,尿培养阳性79例,阳性率33.3%;诊断UTI灵敏度最高的是WBC;阳性预测值最高为BAC;特异度最高为NIT。结论:尿常规结果判断UTI的准确性还不够高,只可为急性UTI提供最初的筛查结果;UTI的最终确诊还需细菌培养。 [ Objective] To study the relationship between urinary sediment analyzer, urine dry chemistry analyzer and urine cul- ture results, explore the urine routine examination in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection ( UTI ) significance. ~Method]the sterile urine respectively for urine culture, urine analysis, urine dry chemical analysis, quantitative analysis of urine culture re- suits and white blood cell ( WBC ), bacteria, leukocyte esterase ( LE ) and rtitrite ( NIT ) and the relationship between. [ Re- suit] : 237 cases of statistically valid samples, urine culture was positive in 79 cases, the positive rate of 33.3% ; diagnose UTI highest sensitivity is WBC; positive predictive value of the highest BAC; highest specificity for the NIT. [ Condusion]UTI urine results to detennine the accuracy is not high enough, only for acute UTI provide an initial screening results; UTI final di- agnosis needs to bacterial culture.
