摘要 提出了考虑球尺寸偏差的深沟球轴承载荷分布计算模型,分析了球尺寸偏差值、外载荷及存在尺寸偏差球的数目和分布形式对轴承载荷分布的影响,结果表明:对单个球尺寸偏差,球的载荷变动量与其尺寸偏差值呈线性关系,与外载荷呈非线性关系,且与球所处周向位置相关;对多个球存在尺寸偏差时,尺寸偏差球的分布形式及其尺寸偏差相对大小均会对载荷分布产生重要影响。 A load distribution calculation model is put forward considerating of ball dimension deviation for deep groove ball bearings, and the effects of magnitude of ball dimension deviation, external load, number and arrangement of balls with dimension deviation on load distribution of bearings are studied. The results show that for single ball with dimension deviation, the variation of ball load depends linearly on magnitude of ball dimension deviation, and there is a nonlinear relationship between the variation and external load. In addition, the variation of ball load is related to circumferential position of ball. For multiple balls with dimension deviation, load distribution is influenced by both arrangement and rel- ative size of balls with dimension deviation.
