摘要 基于微小型超高速涡轮机械的需要,对波箔径向空气轴承的阻力矩进行试验及理论研究。归纳轴承启动、停车过程最大阻力矩和稳态阻力矩与转速、载荷、波形箔片突起宽度、平箔片厚度之间的关系。并通过计算结果与试验数据的对比,验证了弹性支承结构三维有限元模型与流体润滑Reynolds方程耦合仿真计算的有效性,新建模所得结果与试验结果之间的误差在10%以内。 The drag torque of bump foil journal bearings is investigated experimentally and theoretically based on the re- quirements for micro ultra - high speed turbo machinery. The relationships between maximum drag torque and steady - state drag torque and speed, load, bump width in the bump foil and top foil thickness are concluded in the process of starting and stopping. Through comparison between calculation result and experimental data, the effectiveness of cou- pling simulation calculation of the elastic supporting structural 3D finite element model and the fluid lubrication Reyn- olds equation is verified. The error between new modeling result and experimental result is less than 10%.
