摘要
常规软氮化后的轴承保持架心部容易出现针状γ'相氮化物,导致零件出现脆性断裂。采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样中的针状氮化物进行组织观察和分析,并通过试验证实这种针状氮化物是在软氮化结束后由过饱和含氮α-Fe(N)中析出的,试验结果表明,降低氮化温度和软氮化结束后快速冷却均能有效防止针状氮化物的析出。
The acicular nitride (γ′phase) is able to be easily formed in center area of bearing cages after traditional nitrocarburizing process, causing brittle fracture of parts. The structure of aeieular nitride in samples is observed and analyzed by using OM (Optical Microscope)and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) . It is confirmed that the acicular nitilde precipitates from nitrogen saturated α- Fe after nitroearburizing. The experimental results indicate that lower ni- triding temperature and quenching after nitroearburizing are two effective ways to inhibit the precipitation of acicular ni- tilde.
