基于阶比复杂度的滚动轴承早期故障诊断

摘要 针对传统阶比频率分析不能有效提取滚动轴承早期故障的不足,提出一种将阶比分析、复杂度分析相结合的故障诊断新方法。通过转速传感器和振动传感器同步采集轴承的信号,运用计算阶比跟踪实现了轴承时变振动信号的等角度重采样,再计算经过重采样处理后的角域信号复杂度,将其作为故障识别的依据。最后,通过轴承实测数据的诊断与对比试验验证了该方法的正确性。 Aiming at the deficiency of traditional order frequency analysis which is not effectively identify bearings early fault, a novel fault diagnosis method is proposed combining order analysis and complexity analysis. The signals of bear- ings are simultaneously collected by using speed sensor and vibration sensor, and the even - angle resample of bearing time - variable vibration signals is achieved by computing order tracking. Then the complexity of the angle domain sig- nals after resample treatment is calculated as a basis for fault recognition. At last, the validity of the method is verified by diagnosis and comparative test of measured bearing data.
