碱式氯化铜对猪生产性能、养殖效益及日粮生产成本的影响

摘要 在4个养殖场分别选择体格健康、胎次、日龄基本相同、体重相近的仔猪30头,随机分为6圈,每圈5头猪,每3圈为一个平行组,分别为试验组和对照组。对照组日粮以CuSO4·5H2O为铜源;试验组日粮中添加碱式氯化铜,添加量为对照组中CuSO4·5H2O用量的三分之一,两组基础日粮组成及营养水平相同。结果显示:用碱式氯化铜替代日粮中的CuSO4·5H2O,铜表观消化率提高15.39%,猪肝铜累积生物学利用率提高28.21%,粪铜浓度平均降低24.32%。假定整个养殖周期各生长阶段料耗及其他养殖费用相同,则仔猪到出栏可节约成本2.42元/头。使用碱式氯化铜可降低基础日粮、4%预混料和25%浓缩料的成本分别为:4.37、108.58和17.60元/t。用碱式氯化铜代替饲料中的CuSO4·5H2O对生猪生长性能与采食量影响不显著。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of tribasic copper chloride on performance, breeding efficiency and cost of diet manufacturing of pig. 30 healthy piglets of close weight and same parity and day-age were selected in 4 farms. They were divided randomly into 6 stalls, 5 piglets in each stall, and every three stalls for a parallel group, one for experimental group and one for control group. The supplemental Cu of control group ration is from CuSO4·5 H2O, and that of experi-mental group is from tribasic copper chloride, the quantity is one third of CuSO4·5 H2O in control group. Composition and nutritional level of basal diet in two groups are same. Results showed: when CuSO4·5 H2O in ration was substitued by tribasic copper chloride, the apparent digestibility of Cu increased by 15.39%, the accumulated bioavailabilty of pig liver Cu increased by 28.21%, and level of copper in pig feces decreased by 24.32% averagely. Assume that material consumption and other breeding cost were same, the cost of each piglet 2.42 yuan. Costs of basal diets with tribasic copper chloride, 4% premix and 25% concentrated feeds decreased by 4.37, 108.58 and 17.60 yuan/t. Substituting tribasic copper chloride in feeds for CuSO4·5 H2O has little effects on growth performance and feed intake of pig.
