“壳”的新生——浅谈产业类砖砌建筑改造与重建中老旧外墙的再利用

Newborn of "Shell": Cases Research on Reusing of Old Original Exterior Wall in Brick Industrial Buildings' Conversion or Reconstruction

在老城保护性更新及产业建筑再利用的背景之下,旧产业类建筑的改造与重建广泛出现。而年代稍早的产业类建筑大多为砖砌建筑。该文关注于产业类砖砌建筑改造与重建中的一种常见元素或现象——单独保留下来的老旧外墙。首先引入"壳"的概念对研究对象进行限定、阐释与价值分析,然后对国外的四个将产业建筑改造成文化建筑的案例进行深入解读,在此基础上提出四种改造设计思想之下的"壳"的四种再利用形态,最后做出总结与思考。该文旨在为我国此类建筑再利用提供思想和方法上的启示。

The renovation and reconstruction of old industrial buildings are widely used in the context of protective update of old town as well as industrial buildings＇ reuse.Old industrial buildings are mostly brick buildings.This article focuses on a special building component or condition：old exterior wall preserved solely in conversion and reconstruction of brick industrial buildings.The concept of ＂shell＂ is firstly introduced to limit,interpret and evaluate the research object.Based on depth analysis and evaluation of four foreign examples of old industrial building＇ s conversion to culture-space,four different kinds of forms based on four different reusing thoughts are proposed.This article aims at providing revelations and references on the ideas and methods towards old brick industrial buildings＇ renovation in our country.
