Correlation and Fitting: Generating Method of Life Cycle Curve About Building Function: Taking Chengdu Northern Train Station as an Example

在基于生命周期理论的建筑可持续发展策略研究中,生命周期曲线是具有描述作用、预判作用和指导作用的基础工具。生命周期曲线的生成是整体研究过程中的重要步骤和关键技术之一。该文基于生命周期理论的内?,提出了建筑的功能生命周期这一概念。以成都火车北站为案例,实证研究了建筑功能生命周期曲线的生成方法。得到三个结论:以关联度筛选辨析指标;城市火车站功能生命周期的辨析指标为人均占用面积;以Matlab软件平台中多项式及指数算法,进行高阶次计算,是生成建筑功能生命周期曲线的有效数学工具。

Based on the research of architecture sustainable development strategy of life cycle theory,the life cycle curve is described based tool,anticipation and guiding role.Generation of the life cycle curve,is one of the important steps and key technology of the whole research process.Based on the life cycle theory,we put forward the concept of life cycle on building function.Taking Chengdu northern train station as a case,an empirical study on the method for generating life cycle curve about building function,we draw out three conclusions：the correlation of index screening; train station of city life cycle index function for the per capita occupancy area; Using polynomial and exponential algorithm in Matlab software platform for high order,calculation,is the effective mathematical tool for generating function of building life cycle Curve.
