摘要
目的筛选壮药香花护乳凝胶剂成型最佳基质组方,确定其最佳配比,为进一步研究奠定基础。方法以凝胶形成及质量为考察指标,对3种基质材料进行筛选,并采用正交试验,以均匀性、涂展性等为考核指标,对最佳凝胶卡波姆基质配比进行研究。结果以卡波姆940作为凝胶基质,壮药香花护乳凝胶最佳配比为卡波姆1.5%、甘油12%、三乙醇胺5%。结论确定了壮药香花护乳凝胶基质组方最佳配比,按该配方制备的凝胶剂,易于涂布,成型性最优。
Objective To select the best forming matrix formula for Zhuangyao Xianghua Hufu Gel , and to determine the optimum composition and lay the foundation for the further research .Methods The quality ,formation , uniformity and spreadability of the gels were used as the indices .A selection was conducted among three matrices for optimizing the material and proportion of matrix by orthogonal design test .Results Carbomer 940 was used as gel matrix,the optimum composition were 1.5%of carbomer,12%of glycerol and 5%of triethanolamine.Conclusion The optimum composition of matrix formula for Zhuangyao Xianghua Huru Gel is determined .The gel prepared ac-cording to the formula is of easy operation and good formability .
