准分子激光对复发性翼状胬肉术后视力及角膜屈光的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察准分子激光角膜切削术对翼状胬肉术后早期复发患者视力及角膜屈光状态的影响。方法原发性翼状胬肉患者53例(66眼),单纯切除术后2周,手术区角、巩膜缘均出现再生长或复发倾向,给予准分子激光治疗。应用电脑验光仪、角膜地形图对患者手术前后的视力及屈光状态进行测量。结果准分子激光治疗后,角膜曲率、角膜散光、裸眼视力及矫正视力均有所改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论准分子激光治疗胬肉可减少角膜散光,提高视力,可较好地降低翼状胬肉切除术后医源性角膜不规则散光。
