摘要
在可转位刀片周边磨削数控系统中,对位移测量和定位精度要求很高,因此使用光栅进行位移测量和定位。由于普通绝对式编码器价格偏高,且测量精度难以满足系统要求,采用了一种带距离编码的增量式光栅编码器代替绝对式编码器来确定坐标轴的绝对位置,而且算法本身也非常简单。实验结果表明:该方法在快速性、精确性方面能够达到系统高精度运动控制的要求,具有很高的应用价值。
In CNC system for indexable inserts peripheral grinding,the displacement measurement and positioning accuracy is high,so grating was used for displacement measurement and axis positioning.Because the average absolute grating price is high,and the measuring precision is difficult to meet the demand of the system,an incremental grating encoder with distance-coded instead of absolute grating encoder was used to determine the absolute position of the coordinate axis,and the algorithm itself is very simple.The experimental results indicate that,the proposed method in speed,accuracy can meet the requirements of high precision motion control,has very high application value.
