摘要
针对分布在人烟稀少、地处偏远的油田监测系统存在数据远程传输困难的问题,设计了一种基于LonWorks电力线载波通信的油井数据远程监测系统。利用油田现场已有电力线为载体,该系统能实现油田油井数据地现场采集,传输以及井场远程控制等功能。文中完成了油井监控系统的总体设计,包括信号调理、电源模块、数据传输电路,系统具有成本低、通信稳定、功耗低等特点,可以很好地用于油田远程数据监控。
The oil field monitoring system has difficult with data remote transmission in the sparsely populated,remote oilfield.This paper proposed a remote monitoring system for oil field data based on Lonworks power line carrier communication.The system implemented field collection and transport of oil well data,and well field remote control.The paper designed the signal conditioning circuit,power modules,data transmission circuit.The design of monitoring system in oil field completed with low cost,communication stability,low power consumption.It is good for oilfield remote data monitoring.
