The famous American poetess Emily Dickinson wrote 1775 poems in her life, 1/3 of which is about nature. The literature history is rich in nature as the theme of the poem, but the poetess describes the nature in a u nique way. This paper mainly adopts the western eeo feminism criticism theory to discuss the formation of the poet ess＇female consciousness and ecological thought. The essay provides a new porspoetive of Emily Dickinson＇s works and strengthens the readers＇knowledge and understanding of the poetess＇poetry.
