摘要
如何培养高职市场营销专业学生的推销能力,是该专业教学改革过程中倍受关注的课题,也是增强市场营销专业学生就业能力的有效途径。首先对推销能力进行了定义和分类,阐述了培养学生推销能力的重要意义,并分析了推销能力的具体内涵,最后提出和论证了培养学生推销能力的三种途径:课程设置、教学过程和实践环节。
How to develop higher vocational marketing promotion capability is not only a subject of great concern in the professional teaching reform process, but also an effective way to enhance the employability of students majoring in marketing. First, the paper gives the definition and the classification of the marketing ability, expounds the significance of training students'promoting ability. Second, the paper analyzes the connotation of promotion ability. Finally, it puts forward and demonstrates three ways to cultivate students promoting ability: curriculum,teaching and practice.
