基于服务企业文化的高职院校校园文化建设的探索

Research on Constructing Campus Culture of Vocational & Technical College based on Serving Enterprise Culture

高职院校的教育是要向企业培养满足企业需要、促进企业发展的高技术人才。实施基于服务企业文化的高职院校校园文化建设,是高职院校自身发展的内在需要。通过对当前高职院校校园文化建设现状的分析,从文化结构上认识企业文化,就构建服务于企业文化的高职院校校园文化的内容和策略进行了探索,这对于高职院校形成以"职业精神"、"技能精神"为特色的校园文化、推动校企合作和工学结合、提高企业文化建设有着重要的意义。

The education of vocational ＆ technical colleges aims at cultivating advanced technicians who can sat isfy the need of enterprises and accelerate the development of enterprises. It necessary for vocational ＆ technical eol leges to eonstruet the campus culture based on servirlg enterprise. This paper deals with the contents and strategies on how to construct the campus culture based on serving enterprise by analyzing the current situation of campus culture in vocational ＆ technical colleges and understanding enterprise culture from cultural construction. Not only is it of great help for vocational ＆ technical colleges to construct the campus culture with ＂ professional spirits＂ and ＂ technical spirits＂, but also it of great importance to promote the eooperation of colleges and enterprises, and the combination of study and practice.
