摘要
针对起重机行业设计领域的设计成果重用度低、设计方法难共享、设计人员交差工作时间长的问题,提出了一种基于Web服务的参数化模块化在线协同设计方法。对客户机/服务器与浏览器/服务器两个机构的事务操纵和数据处理能力进行了比较分析,制定了"多客户端/主服务器/多工作站"(MC/MS/MWS)的工作模式。分析了在线协同设计中信息交互冲突和资源共享的问题,结合桥式起重机参数化变型设计技术和多工作站并行工作原理,提出了在线协同设计系统的构建方法。
A iming at the problems of low level of information sharing, slow transmission of information, and repetitive work in the design process of overhead traveling crane, it presents a new method of parametric modular collaborative design online based on web. It analyzes the ability of affairs control and data processing between client/server and browser/server. It formulates the work patterns of ＂multiple clients/main server/multi-workstations＂. By analyzing the problems of information interaction conflicts and the sharing of resources in the collaborative design online and combination of the parametric variant design and principle multi-workstations＇ work in parallel of overhead traveling crane, it puts forward the construction method of online collaborative design system.
