摘要
根据实际应用中的五轴数控机床,在VERICUT软件中建立其虚拟模型,并对零件的实际加工过程进行仿真,以检测加工过程中刀具的运动轨迹、工件的试切状况、刀具和夹具、机床等的相对运动是否发生干涉等情况,可以直接代替实际加工过程中要加工的零件,提供了对刀位轨迹和加工工艺优化处理的可能性,同时可以提高零件的加工效率以及数控机床的利用率,保证所编制的数控程序的正确性和实际加工过程的安全性,从而为复杂零件在此类机床上的加工提供一个虚拟的加工环境。
According to the actual five-axis CNC machine tool,it creates a virtual model based on VERICUT, simulates the actual machining process of parts, detects the trajectory and try cutting conditions of the workpiece , detects whether there is the presence of interference, collision, etc. This can directly take the place of the actual part being machined, provides a tool path optimization and processing possibilities, and can. improve the machining efficiency and utilization of CNC machine tools, ensure the correct procedures and actual machining process safety, so as to provide a simulation of virtual machining environment for the processing of complex parts on such machine tools.
