摘要 通过对制造单元加工流程的分析,基于工艺流程相似性,以成组技术为主旨,研究了面向制造单元的零件组织模式及工艺设计方法。为拓展单元产品谱系,提高单元价值创造比。以零件族为单位,提出了单元内核心业务模块和外围模块相结合的零件分层组织模式,从而形成了将众多制造流程相似零件持续导入对应制造单元的规范。在成组工艺设计中,面向单元,以优秀工艺知识继承和重用为指导思想,通过零件编码分组、典型结构工艺性分析、成组工艺设计、工艺知识数据库的建立,实现基于成组技术的制造单元内相似零件工艺快速设计。 Through the analysis of manufucturing cell processes, based on the comparability of process flow, it used the minds of group technology (GT). A mode of parts organization and method for process planning face manufacture cell is researched, to expand unit product genealogy and improve its value. In part family as a unit it raised its core business and peripheral modules combined unit parts organization, thus forming a large number of manufacturing processes which will continue to import the unit. In the design of group technology-oriented unit, it inherited and reused the excellent information or knowledge in previous crafiworks. With the part coding for grouping, typical structural of the process was analyzed, group process was designed, and the date-base of process was established. Then it can be fleetly achieved the process planning of semblable parts in manufacture cell based on GT.
