摘要 3000r/min,50Hz,1000MW容量汽轮发电机是我国目前容量最大的火电机组,也是当今国内外汽轮发电机顶级功率、未来汽轮发电机的发展趋势。针对哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司(以下简称哈电机)自主研发的1000MW汽轮发电机定子线圈的国产化过程,结合汽轮发电机定子线圈的特点与当前国际国内的技术水平,论述如何研究制造相应的模具,保证定子线圈制造的几何尺寸和绝缘厚度的均匀性,以制造出高质量的线圈的过程。采用该模具设计的1000MW汽轮发电机定子线圈的技术指标,已经赶上并超过了国外先进水平。为今后哈电机批量生产1000MW汽轮发电机定子线圈奠定了坚实可靠的基础。 3000r/min,50Hz, 1000MW turbogenerator is currently the largest capacity of thermal power units in China,it's the top power generator, the future development trend of turbogenerator. According at the nationalization process of stator coil in Turbine -Generators (1000MW) which is developed and produced by Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited (HEC), together with the characteristics of stator coil in Turbine-Generators and the present domestic and international technical level, it mainly presents the process on how to develop the corresponsive moulds, making sure the geometrical dimension of stator coil production and homogeneity of insulation thickness to produce high-quality coil. The technical criteria of stator coil in Turbine-Generators (1000MW) that professionals use this mould to design has caught up with and surpassed the advanced level abroad. It has paved the firmly way for the mass production of stator coil in Turbine-Generators (1000MW) later in HEC.
