摘要
针对离散制造系统中循环性载体的监控和预测问题,根据其在生产过程中流动的方式和特点,提出了"载体链"的概念并进行了分类。利用载体与站点和在制品的关系,建立了循环性载体流动模型。从实时状态检测和订单需求预测的角度,提出了不同的算法解决方案。在以上理论的基础上,以某半导体封装工厂为背景,借助ASP.net面向对象的web程序开发技术,开发了用于循环性载体的管理系统,验证了提出理论的可行性,并对该工厂的物料管理进行了一定程度的提升。
Against the management issue of recyclable carriers in discrete production, the concept of "carrier chain" is proposed according to the characteristic of their production flow. The model of recyclable carriers "flow is established through the relationship between recyclable carriers and WIP in each site. Different algorithmic solutions are proposed based on the angles of real-time monitoring and orders "forecasting. Based on the theories above, a management system for recyclable carrier in a semieondnctor--assembly factory is developed via ASP. net technology, which verifies the feasibility of those theories and makes an effective enhancement for the materials management of the case factory.
