MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ总线型机床模拟器的设计与实现

摘要 目前MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ总线型数控系统各控制功能和运行状态的验证测试多采用伺服模拟器加开关量手动输入输出的方式,这种方式只能得到少数几个状态而且不能反应出机床电气运行特性。针对现有测试技术的缺点文中提出一种总线型机床的模拟测试方法。在分析MECHA-TROLINK-Ⅲ协议和机床模拟器需求的基础上,设计机床模拟器硬件,并进行相关软件的开发,为数控系统提供一个闭环的测试平台。在实际应用中该机床模拟器能够完成伺服系统的模拟和机床电气系统的模拟。 Currently the control functions and the running status of MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ CNC system uses the servo simulator and the switch quantity manual input/output way to verification, but this way can only get a few state and can not reflect the characteristics of machine electrical. For the shortcomings of the existing testing technology, this paper proposed the method of machine tool simulator. Based on the analysis of MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ characteristics and demands of machine tool simulator, design the machine tool simulator hardware and software, to provide a closed - loop test platform for the CNC system. In the actual application of this machine simulator can complete servo system simulation and machine electrical system simulation.
