摘要 为了实现高压断路器的智能化操作,本文在研究高压断路器电机机构的基础上,设计永磁无刷直流电机机构的控制系统。系统硬件电路包括电机桥式驱动电路、转子位置检测电路、IGBT驱动保护电路和CAN通讯电路等,并设计控制系统的软件程序,同时系统具有信息采集和处理功能。搭建伺服控制系统与高压断路器永磁无刷直流电机机构联机实验平台,进行高压断路器的分、合闸实验操作。从实验结果可知:所设计的控制系统能够驱动高压断路器按照要求完成分合闸操作,具有响应速度快、稳定性好、实时性强等优点。 In order to achieve the intelligent operation of the high-voltage circuit breaker, this paper designs the control system of permanent magnet brushless DC motor based on the study of high-voltage circuit breaker motor mechanism. The hardware circuit of the system includes motor bridge driver circuit, rotor position detection circuit, IGBT driver protection circuit and the CAN communication circuit. The paper also designs corresponding software program of the control system, while the system has the function of information collection and processing. An online experimental platform of servo control system and high-voltage circuit breakers permanent magnet brushless DC motor mechanism is built to realize the opening and closing of the high-voltage circuit breaker. From the experimental results : the designed control system can realize the opening and closing operation according to the requirements, with rapid response, good stability, real-time and other advantages.
