摘要
五轴数控加工任务中,数控程序的设计,必须从工艺系统角度,通盘考虑并借助CAM方法才能完成;而程序代码的正确与否,还需要通过后置验证手段,才能确定。文章从制造系统层面,以混合型立卧五轴加工中心上,各自加工两种减速器下箱体零件为例,全面研究并总结出五轴数控加工中,利用计算机辅助技术,完成从工艺系统设计准备到最终数控加工验证工作的技术原理与方法。这些原理和方法是具备普遍性和实用性的,可以被五轴加工中心使用者借鉴,以提高其生产过程中的质量、效率与成本目标。
The NC programming for 5-axis MC application can be finished with CAM and fully consideration based on the mfg system; and the code correctness of the program could be confirmed by Post-NC verification. So, viewing from the mfg system level and taking the transmission lower tank cut job on each hybrid horizontal or vertical 5-axis MC as an example, the author deeply investigated and summarized the technique principles and methods for all works involved from the process system design and preparation to the last 5-axis NC mfg simulation with the help of compute aided technologies. All these principles and methods are of general and practical, and can be applied by the 5-axis MC users to promote their production quality, efficiency and cost targets.
