摘要
圆盘式刀库及自动换刀装置是加工中心的重要功能部件,也是加工中心故障部位的薄弱环节,其可靠性水平直接关系到主机的性能。目前圆盘式刀库及自动换刀装置的可靠性还没有适当的标准。鉴于此,在对国内外数控机床及其关键功能部件可靠性评价研究进行归纳分析的基础上,本文通过平均故障间隔换刀次数MTCNBF及平均修复时间MTTR指标对YP系列圆盘式刀库及自动换刀装置进行了可靠性评价。并基于可靠性加速试验数据对圆盘式刀库及自动换刀装置的故障模式、故障原因进行了分析,得到了圆盘式刀库及自动换刀装置最容易发生故障的部位、主要故障模式,可为刀库及自动换刀装置的改进设计提供依据。
Circular tool magazine and automatic tool changer are the main functional units and the weak links of the fault location of the CNC. ThOr reliability directly relates to the quality of the main unit. Nowadays, there's no proper standard for the reliability of circular tool magazine and automatic tool changer. In view of this, based on the induction and analysis of the reliability evaluation study of numerical control machine tools and their main functional units at home and abroad, a new reliability evaluation through the index of MTCNBF(Mean Tool Change Numbers Between Failures)and MTTR( Mean Time To Restoration) for the YP series circular tool magazine and automatic tool changer is put forward. Besides, analysis of failure mode and fault reasons of the circular tool magazine and automatic tool changer is made on the basis of the reliability acceleration test. Thus, the easiest location of breaking down and the main failure mode of the circular tool magazine and automatic tool changer are obtained, which can provide evidence for improving the design of tool magazine and automatic tool changer.
