摘要
通过分析目前国内制造业的库存管理现状,找出库存积压形成的一般原因及其给企业生产经营带来的不良影响。梳理库存管理的三种思路,得出中小型企业采用目标管理的库存管控法更为合理。结合KL公司展开实证分析,阐述库存管理现状及确立优化目标,基于因果图剖析企业成品库存积压形成的具体原因及解决当前问题的突破口,指出结合使用目标管理、ABC分类和充分沟通等方法,是降低库存的最有效方法,并给出了库存管理优化措施及实施路径,为制造业进行有效的库存管理提供借鉴。实证效果表明:通过库存目标管控及相关措施,库存积压及成本下降,除预测准确率之外,其余的改善目标均已实现。
Through the analysis of current status of inventory management in domestic manufacturing industry, the paper found out general causes of overstock and its adverse effects on enterprise production and operation. By arranging three kinds of inventory management idea, it was concluded that inventory control method based on goal management was fit for small and medium-sized enterprises. Then empirical analysis was launched in Carlisle Companies. Firstly, present situation of inventory management was elaborated, and optimization target was established. Secondly, this paper analyzed concrete reasons for finished goods inventory backlog and points of penetration for solving it based on cause-and-effect diagram, pointed out that combination of target management, ABC classification and full communication was the most effective method to reduce inventory, and put forward countermeasure and implementation path of inventory management improvement, which served as reference for effective inventory management of our country's manufacturing industry. The empirical result indicated that stockpiles and stockholding costs were drawn down through inventory target control and relevant measures. Improvement targets were completely attained except predicting accuracy.
